Contact form

When you use the contact form we process your first and last name, email address, optionally your phone number, and your message in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or (f) (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

To prevent automated submissions we additionally store your IP address, browser identification and the time of submission. This data is used for spam detection only.

Your message is delivered to our mailbox by email and deleted once the enquiry is closed, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies, which do not require consent.

“lang” stores your chosen language (12 months). “sid” is a session identifier issued only when signing in to the administration area (24 hours). We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.

Server logs

Our server records your IP address, the time, the requested address and your browser identification. These logs serve operation and attack prevention and are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

Map (OpenStreetMap)

The map on the contact page loads map tiles from servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom), which transmits your IP address to that provider. The mapping software itself is served from our own server. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (providing directions).

Bookings

For bookings we forward you to the Elloha reservation system (reservation.elloha.com). From that point their privacy policy applies. We receive only the data required to host your stay.

Fonts and scripts

Fonts, mapping software and icons are served from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or other content delivery networks takes place.
